The key to Victory is our solid Team Ministry. God has given people gifts and abilities which enable them to serve with skill and great joy. No one person models each of the gifts that God has given to His church, but each person working together contributes to the value and effectiveness of the ministry and brings glory to God. Our purpose is to love, honor, worship and serve God TOGETHER!

The Ministry Leadership Team helps oversee the activities of all of our other teams. This team is built around the Pastor, our Deacons and Trustees. 

We have an Admin Team that oversees the administrative obligations of our church to comply with non-profit corporation laws, and to keep the Ministry Leadership Team and church members informed.

Our Missions Team regularly contacts each of our missionaries, letting them know that we are supporting them in prayer as well as with our finances. They also help screen prospective candidates for missionary support. But their biggest ministry is to keep our church focused on fulfilling the Great Commission through local and world-wide missions. Sherry Miller coordinates the efforts of this team.

The largest Team at Victory is our Awana Team. Nearly 40 workers volunteer to work with the kids and youth of our church and community on Wednesday (high school) and Thursday (pre-school through middle school) evenings from mid-August to April. Cloyce Rakoci coordinates our Awana program, recruiting and training staff during the summer, ordering supplies and making sure things run smoothly year round. Her husband Jim serves with her on the Ministry Leadership Team and on the Awana Team. He also serves on our Maintenance Team and is our primary songleader.

Tim Penick leads our Maintenance Team as they seek to keep our land, buildings and equipment in good condition. He and his wife Clarinda also serve as Awana Directors in our T&T and Sparkie clubs.

Gary and Alice Brunette are guiding our Outreach and Care Team to reach out to those who are hurting, distribute tapes or CDs of the messages to those who are shut-in and to make sure those who need some extra care receive it.

Dira Reeves helps coordinate the efforts of our Junior Church Teams with several small teams rotating in each month. She and her husband Jim also serve on our Awana Team.

Jim Reeves and Sherry Miller help to coordinate our Bible Class Teams, making sure we are adequately staffed and have sufficient materials.
