Our Senior Pastor, Terry Green, and his family moved to Casa Grande in 1998.  He previously pastored Cornerstone Baptist Church in Sahuarita, Arizona and served on the staff of a church and Bible college in Texas. He has helped expand the ministries of Victory within our community, within Arizona as we help other churches, and around the world through our increased missions. He also serves as a volunteer Chaplain with DPS-Arizona Highway Patrol. His wife Kathy teaches our Youth Class and coordinates our music, teaching piano to many of our younger people, and leading our adult and children's choirs. She also serves as a volunteer in the Casa Grande Elementary School District. Together, they speak at church, pastors' and women's conferences and write articles on the family. Their children are also active in various ministries of Victory Baptist Church. 

Pastor C.W. Cones is our Pastor to Seniors.  His pastoral experience includes First Baptist in Livionia, near Detroit, Michigan, and Grace Bible Church, a Baptist ministry in McPherson, Kansas.  He arrived in Casa Grande in 1994 and soon after joined Victory's pastoral team.  His primary ministry is visiting and pastoring our seniors, but he also teaches the Berean Bible Class and provides pulpit supply here and around the state.  His wife Marion was a missionary to the Philippines for 14 years.  In addition to assisting her husband in his class and other ministries, she works in our Awana ministry.

Jim Reeves came to Casa Grande in 1981 to join the management group at Hexcel Corp.   When Jim retired from Hexcel in mid-2002, he joined the pastoral team as Ministries Coordinator.  In addition to teaching the Fellowship Bible Class, Jim helps to coordinate the staff for our local ministries and missions. His wife Gerri helps him in his class, serves in the nursery and is active in our music ministry.

Sherry Miller joined our staff as Office Manager and Administrative Assistant to the Pastor in 2007. In addition to assisting Pastor Green and running the office, she serves on the Admin Team and the Missions Team, she is active in our music ministry, and she is often our hostess greeting folks as they come into the church. Her husband Jeff keeps our computer network working smoothly and oversees our sound, projection, recording and duplicating ministry. Together, they lead our Journey Club for high school youth on Wednesday evenings.
